
Terms and Conditions.
The Client agrees to follow safe sleeping practices in line with the AAP safe sleep guidelines and recommendations. This includes baby sleeping on their back only (not on their side or tummy), no comforters before the recommended age of 8 months, a safe sleep space free of bumpers and mobiles and no bed sharing. I agree to notify The Responsive Sleep Co. of any unsafe sleep practices, and understand The Responsive Sleep Co. is not liable for the Client’s babies safety, the Client is.
The Client agrees to check with their GP if their baby has any medical conditions which may prevent them from sleep training safely.
The Client agrees to disclose any medical conditions their baby has to The Responsive Sleep Co.
The Client agrees that advice given by The Responsive Sleep Co. is not medical advice nor should be relied upon as medical advice.
The Client understands that the sleep plan provided is meant for their baby only and should not be shared with a third party.
The Client understands that any changes made to their babies eating or sleeping arrangements as suggested by The Responsive Sleep Co. are your decision and the Client is responsible for choosing to implement.
During our support, it is of utmost importance that the Client informs The Responsive Sleep Co. of any issues or concerns that may arise as well as keep us updated on sleep logs. Failure to do so will impede on us meeting your sleep goals.
Refund Policy:
Digital Downloads/E-guides
Refunds and exchanges are not liable for these services as they are instant downloads and are unable to be returned to us.
Sleep Support Packages:
A full refund will be provided for cancellations with more than 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made in less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled consultation will result in a refund of 50% of the consultation package.
The Client agrees to provide The Responsive Sleep Co. with 48 hours notice should they need to reschedule their consultation time.
Should the Client choose not to proceed after the initial consult, after the sleep plan has been provided or at any stage during our support period, the Client will not be eligible for a refund.
The Client understands that to see results, they agree to follow the sleep plan provided by The Responsive Sleep Co. with consistency as the child’s progress is highly dependent on this.
